A project is a working process within a given time frame and clearly defined goals. It is crucial to achieve these goals using the available – limited - resources. In this seminar you will learn through practical examples how to achieve your goals applying tools and techniques of classical project management. Further, you will learn how to set up a project a structure, and how to avoid some of the typical mistakes. Also you will get to know how to plan and monitor a project team successfully. Those techniques presented in this seminar are also applicable to many other fields of work e.g. studies, PhD thesis.
