Nahid Nora Elhami
Since February 2025 Nahid Nora Elhami is the Head of Operational Excellence Central & Eastern Europe in the After Market Service department at Hilti Deutschland AG. She is based in Kaufering and has extensive experience in engineering and operational excellence. Nahid Nora has been working for Hilti for 11 years, starting as a Technical Project Manager for Steel & Corrosion, she did various roles in engineering to positions in the After Market Service, but also worked as Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager. She holds a PhD in Material Science from RWTH Aachen and has worked in various leadership roles within Hilti.

Natasha Gilani
Natasha Gilani is the Global Product Owner Lead at Hilti Digital Marketing Service. She is based in Boulogne and has extensive experience in digital marketing and technology. Natasha holds a Master of Engineering Innovation & Entrepreneurship and is currently in her Doctorate with the University of Toronto. She has worked in various corporate leadership roles in Canada before starting her career within Hilti as Global Cohort Lead – Salesforce Marketing Cloud in France. She leads a team of Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Developers, focusing on digital transformation and building innovative products for customers. She also spearheaded the integration of Martech, Social Tech, and Content Tech to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
