in Germany: Identify your Individual Career Goals

Sooner or later everyone is confronted with the simple-sounding but complex question "What is my professional goal?". In the German labour market, as well, it is important to know what you want before you start the application process. This workshop supports you in reflecting on your very own professional and personal needs and defining a career goal on this basis. After a presentation part, you will go on a search for your objectives and your individual "WHY" in short individual and group work phases. 

In a second step, we will look at how you can strategically realise your goals on the German labour market and take into account the legal conditions for international workers. Emphasis is placed on your personal strengths and resources and how you can communicate them as a brand to perspec-tive employers.

This workshop is aimed at all international students, regardless of semester.
