Online Workshop: Interview Training for International Students
 
But how are interviews structured and how do you prepare? Are there any cultural peculiarities related to interviews in Germany? How do you present your strengths and motivation? And is this question about personal weaknesses still being asked?
In this workshop, these and other questions will be answered, and you will learn about the different types of interviews and how to prepare for them against the background of your international profile and your own educational biography. We will look at how you can best prepare for structured and unstructured interviews as well as remote and face-to-face interviews. In addition, we will explore how artificial intelligence tools can support your interview preparation - from practising common interview questions to offering language support for non-native speakers - while ensuring they are used in an effective way. In practical phases, you will then deal with various questions and interview techniques yourself. Finally, we will practise some methods with which you can reduce tension and nervousness you may experience before the interview.
This workshop is aimed at all international students, regardless of semester.
