Fostering Flexibility and Spontaneity through the Art of Improvisational Theater
Seminar Description
This seminar is designed for students seeking to enhance their ability to think and act quickly, while responding confidently and flexibly to challenging and unforeseen situations. Participants will learn and apply key principles of improvisational theater, which are not only entertaining but also highly practical in academic and professional contexts. These principles are taught through simple, playful methods and adapted to scenarios encountered in studies and work environments.
The focus of this 2-day seminar is not on being the funniest or coming up with the most extravagant ideas. Instead, it provides a safe space to embrace spontaneity and explore the unknown, discovering what emerges from these experiences. Hands-on practice and experiential learning are at the heart of this seminar.
