This workshop is designed for international students who aim to strengthen their networking skills and build meaningful professional connections in Germany. In today's competitive job market, professional relationships are regarded as a key factor for successful career entry and long-term development. You will receive practical strategies and tools to support confident and structured networking.
During the session, you will learn effective techniques for approaching new contacts and navigating intercultural challenges. You will discover how to create a positive and lasting impression at in-person events and learn proven approaches for maintaining and strategically expanding your professional relationships.
You will also learn how to analyze your existing network independently and identify gaps as well as growth opportunities. In addition, you will receive practical advice on using professional platforms such as LinkedIn, including profile optimization, strategic outreach, and effective follow-up communication, which you will be able to implement directly.
The workshop combines expert input with interactive elements, allowing you to practice networking situations in a supportive setting.
