Who are we?
We are Lechler S.p.A., an Italian multinational company that creates coating solutions for the refinish, industrial, decorative, yachting and wood sectors.
 
What is Lechler Academy?
A 12-month Graduate Program designed for young talents who want to grow in the following areas:
  • Sales → “Area Manager” for the refinish and industrial sectors
  • Classroom training at our Campus in Como (Italy)
  • On-the-job training in Italy or abroad (Germany)

Who are we looking for?

Do you have these characteristics?
• Degree in Economics, Chemistry, Languages, Management Engineering or similar
• English and German fluency (as well as intermediate Italian for international applicants)
• International spirit and willingness to get involved
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiasm, creativity and willingness to learn
